The 'ask-before-answer' prompt engineering technique is better used when you may have misunderstandings or may have incomplete information. It is particularly useful in situations when there is a lot of uncertainty. For example, when you’re doing something you’ve never done before.  This technique allows ChatGPT to ask questions to clarify before giving an answer.
