How to use it

Enable Computer History in the macOS app if your plan is eligible, choose which apps and sites may contribute activity, then pause, inspect, or delete timeline items whenever needed. Pro access now includes the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK. Private browsing, screenshots, microphone input, and system audio are not recorded.
