New Health plugin connections now default to the user's global plugin permission setting. With unchanged defaults, ChatGPT can use connected Health data when relevant without asking each time, while sensitive actions still require approval.
Health questions can use connected context with fewer repeated prompts while sensitive actions remain approval-gated.
Availability at release: Users creating a new Health plugin connection. Permissions can be changed in Settings > Plugins > Health.
